Description
Biodynamic preparations 502-507 or BD502-507, are known as compost preparations. They are used to facilitate effective decomposition of farmyard wastes, crop residues, farm animal dung, etc. It is also used to make Cow Pat Pit (CPP), a specialized type of multipurpose BD input.
While Prep BD500 introduce calcium forces in the soil thus support for production, Prep BD501 brings in the silica forces which are useful for the building of the plant structure) for the plants. Biodynamic compost is made by using BD502-
507. These preparations bring in the elements that enhance taste, color, vigor and character of the crops.
Besides making good compost and CPP, BD502-507 preparations are also used to make liquid manures and bio-pesticides.
